Dungeon Fray

Today we’re going to try a somewhat more traditional style rogue-like known as Dungeon Fray and developed by Nitesh Gupta. Clear each floor of baddies and move down to see how far you can make it. This game stands out for me because of it’s streamlined approach to dungeon crawling… basically everything you need to keep playing is contained on your character and there is almost no inventory management, so this could be a good first step for someone interested in spending time with this sub-genre. Another perk (and one that greatly increases replay value) is that you can unlock perks through repeated play that will help you get further. Give it a look at the links below and pick up a copy if it looks like something you’d enjoy!

I’m confused when you say rogue-like like. Do you mean it’s like a rogue like, because a rogue like just means you start the game over when you die. Or, do you mean rogue-like was the type of game it was? Sorry if this sounds confusing.
