My name is Anton. I represent NLB project - a small team of game developers. I'd like to say a few words about our creative work. We work in visual novel and interactive fiction genres. A couple of months ago our game "Wild Island Quest" was greenlit on Steam.
If anyone is interested, I can write more about "Wild Island Quest" and how we were greenlit.
We also have free games like "Return of Red (Riding) Hood" and "Am I a Monster?" You can have a look at them on our website (http://nlbproject.com).
By the way, "Return of Red (Riding) Hood" is still on Steam greenlight; unfortunately it wasn't as successful as "Wild Island Quest."
To tell the truth: creating computer games is a difficult task, but very interesting! And we are already preparing a new one. The preliminary title is "The Barbarian and the Subterranean Caves." As you probably guessed, we were inspired by popular comic books about barbarians.
What can we say about it so far?
It's a non-linear story with numerous endings created as a visual novel experience. The outcome of your quest will depend on your choices.
What is the story all about?
Our main character arrives in a small town and decides to stay a few days. Then he finds himself involved in a twisting, turning story. The fearless warrior will have to overcome dangers, tell the truth from lies, and find the real evildoer.
What is already done?
The main storyline, written in Russian.
More than 150 3D illustrations
Numerous songs for the soundtrack.
What is about to be done?
Translation into English
Making around 210 3D illustrations
Final play testing
Our current plans?
We are currently preparing the demo version and plan to add a mini game to the main game.
I'll be glad to read your comments and receive feedback on this project.
Thanks for your attention!
