Gone Home

Gone Home by The Fullbright Company is a sincere, thoughtful and unique game about finding out why your family is missing based on the things they’ve left behind. You’re free to explore the house at your own pace and interact with the vast majority of objects you find there, all naturalistically rendered and all a small piece of a greater puzzle. The house is an incredible space just to absorb the ambiance of and the more time you spend there, the more you care about the characters you’re searching for. The narrative is revealed a little at a time through some key points in progression, and you never feel the pacing is too slow or fast, since you’re the one who can dictate that element. I could gush about Gone Home for hours, but I say simply go buy a copy and immerse yourself in it right away at the link below! This is not an experience you’ll want to miss out on.

not watching this for spoiler reasons, but it’s usually pretty fun to see you calmly dissect survival horror games.
